Parent Participation is Required

CONFIRMATION Program (October - May)
Holy Love continues to use Faith Inkubator's "Head to the Heart" Confirmation Curriculum (check it out at www.faithink.com).  This Year we are focusing on the 10 Commandments.  

Here's the basic "flow" of our evenings together: 
     6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.   Supper (provided)
     6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.   Large Group Presentation*
     7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.   Small Group Time
     7:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.   Closing
We have an AWESOME group of parents and gifted adults who are plugged-in and responsible for the administartion of the Confirmation Program.  For more information, don't hesitate to call Pastor Matthew, he'd love to meet you and chat about the program! 

8th graders who complete the program in May 2008: 

• Your Confirmation will be celebrated Reformation Sunday, October 26, 2008 at the 11:00 a.m. worship service.
• Please "save-the-date" of October 25, 2008 - we will celebrate "Evening of Honor" for you beginning at 6:00 p.m.  Invitations/Information will be mailed out the end of September, 2008. 
• Early in September, you will be asked for your baptism date, your sponsor's names and your favorite Bible Verse.  Also, in presparation for your Evening of Honor, you will be asked for 5-10 pictures of you "through the years." (Please contact Julie Schranck if you have any questions about any of these things).
