Registration
A mailing for fall registration is sent out in January. Registration begins the first week of February. We register students in the following order: church families, currently enrolled families, then open community.
A non-refundable registration fee is payable upon application for enrollment in the school. A material or book fee is collected in August along with first month's tuition. Additional tuition is collected each month by the 10th; totaling nine payments of tuition for the August thru May school year.
Discounts-Families with more than one child enrolled in our school will receive a 10 percent discount. Families who are participating members of Holy Love Lutheran Church will receive a 10 percent tuition reduction per child. Please contact the school for current tuition rates.
Holy Love Preschool and Kindergarten follows the traditional Cherry Creek school district calendar for major holidays and snow closures.
An orientation session is held prior to the opening of the school year to give parents and children the opportunity to meet the Director, Teachers, and Teacher Assistants.
A Lunchbunch program is available for a small fee allowing children to stay an extra hour or arrive an hour earlier. Children must bring their own lunch and beverage. Sign-up in the office for the Lunchbunch program.
SUMMER ACTIVITY PROGRAM
Holy Love Preschool and Kindergarten will once again be offering a Summer Activity Program. This program will be held for 3 days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week in June and July. It will begin June 7th and the hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Each child is asked to bring a lunch and beverage. This is strictly a fun hands-on program and will not be academically oriented as the regular school year goes. Summer school is for children ages 3 through Kindergarten.
Registration will be done on a first come, first serve basis. You may register for this program beginning on Tuesday, May 1st between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The cost is $90.00 per week per child. Payment is due the first day of each session. It is not necessary to register for all 8 weeks. The registration forms indicate themes for each week for you to "pick and choose."
Classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis. The class size will be limited to 30 children.

Week 2: JUNE 12-13, SUMMER SCIENCE EXPLORATION
Week 3: JUNE 26-28, BUGS AND BUTTERFLIES
JULY
Week 4: JULY 10-12, CONSTRUCTION ZONE
Week 5: JULY 17-19, HOLY LOVE CULINARY INSTITUTE
Week 6: JULY 24-26, WE’RE GOING TO THE ZOO!
Week 7: JULY 30-AUG 1 FUN IN THE SUN (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday this week only)
Holy Love Preschool and Kindergarten accepts children with disabilities or children with special needs if we feel that we can be of help to them. A mutual probationary period can be set up for the benefit of those concerned. Our program is open to all children; it is a non-profit, non-political, non-denominational, ethnically diverse school.
